Creative Bible Lessons

The Creative Bible Lessons were born while teaching children and young people in an interdenominational setting in Southeast-Asia. They consist of a curriculum spanning eight years, for 4 to 11 year olds.

Two educators who labored closely together with co-workers at a Bible Seminary are the authors. The material has undergone several revisions since its first release in the 70s to embrace wider cultural aspects and evolving teaching methodologies. Later a non-profit organization was established in East Asia to distribute the English language material. It gives countries in Asia, the Pacific region, Africa and South America easy access to the material for evaluating its usefulness to them. They can either use it immediately in English, or arrange to produce a version in their own language. The material is available in several Asian languages and translations are underway for Africa.

The clear outline and detailed teaching methods, together with the colorful and creative visual aids - an integral part of each lesson - are suitable for most of these regions.

The  Creative Bible Lessons  aim to provide churches in places of lower income an affordable Sunday school curriculum, which is sold with a minimum margin above production cost.

The  Creative Bible Lessons  were written out of love and dedication to the youngest generation growing up all around us, loved and cherished, but often not highly esteemed. In some parts of our world they may fall short in being taught the way of life. But Jesus commissioned us to make disciples of all nations, which includes teaching the children, to obey everything he has commanded us.
